Hanna Long, RD
Background
I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Dietitians and Applied Nutrition from Johnson & Wales University and my Master’s degree in Human Nutrition from Drexel University. My background includes working with professional and collegiate athletes across a wide range of sports, helping them fuel for both peak performance and long-term health. I also bring clinical experience from working in various inpatient and outpatient settings, giving me a well-rounded approach to both everyday nutrition and complex medical needs.
When we work together, I ask you to come with an open mind. Nutrition is highly personal — there’s no one-size-fits-all solution, and it can take time to see results. I'm here to guide you every step of the way.
Outside of work, I love staying active, trying new recipes, spending time outdoors, hanging out with friends and family, and reading. I'm excited to get to know you, learn about your goals, and help you take the first or next steps in your nutrition journey!
