I have been a Registered Dietitian for over 20 years and worked in various healthcare settings from Critical Care to home. My extensive experience working with critically and chronically ill patients including stroke, surgical/trauma, oncology and neurodegenerative diagnosis throughout the transition of care has made me passionate about helping patients to understand “the why” of their nutrition therapy and create pro-active nutrition interventions to optimize health outcomes. I consider myself a lifelong learner always striving to keep up with best practices and helping patients to navigate the vast amount of information available.
