Kristen Spang, RD

Oh hey! My name is Kristen Spang, and I'm a Registered Dietitian and Licensed Dietitian currently living in Florence, SC. I have a Master of Science degree in Nutrition, Bachelor of Science degrees in both Human Nutrition and Dietetics, and a Bachelors degree in Psychology(I also have degrees in Criminal Justice and Criminology, but won't bore you with all that). My favorite quote from my favorite show, Ted Lasso, is "be curious, not judgmental". I love working with clients who come in with an open mind, are curious about ways in which they can improve their mind and body, and who are open to growth and change. Whether you are someone who wants to track every calorie, someone that wants to better your relationship with food, have the goal of weight loss, weight gain, improved performance or sleep, gain a deeper understanding of your current medical diagnoses…whatever the goal is I'm here to provide that information and support and find what works best for you. Nutrition and health are very personal and you deserve someone who has your best interests at heart and whose advice and expertise you can trust. I look forward to working together!
