Ever since cancer struck down my own beloved mother when I was a teenager, I have been driven to find answers to the cause of disease and how to prevent this tragedy from destroying others' lives. My focus became one in finding health and healing through diet.
This desire led me to Immaculata University in Malvern, PA where I received a BS in Nutrition and Dietetics, a Master of Arts Degree in Nutrition Education, completing the Dietetic Internship, and ultimately sitting for and passing the RD Exam.
I see the role of dietitians as bridging the gap between truth and fiction amidst the sea of information regarding diet, nutrition and health which can be so confusing.
Mine is an integrated, holistic, plant-centered approach to wellness and healing. I am a plant-based eater, love family, music, sports, and fresh air and sunshine. My desire remains to help as many as I can to improve their health outcomes through diet and lifestyle.
"Drawing from a deep desire to help others, my approach is holistic in the prevention and restoration of health through diet and lifestyle changes. I see each person as unique, unlike any one else, each with their own personal story/background. My gentle, kind and caring manner helps to easily build and facilitate trust in relationships with my clients. I enjoy getting to get to know each and every one of them as I help them improve their nutritional status to bring about optimal health."
