I'm a registered dietitian with 7 years of experience in a hospital setting, specializing in medical nutrition therapy for individuals managing a wide range of chronic conditions. I’m especially passionate about diabetes care and the powerful role that both medication and nutrition play in achieving optimal health. I'm currently working toward becoming a Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist (CDCES).
I became a dietitian to help people build a healthy relationship with food and to show that food can truly be a form of medicine. I believe in balance—some foods are meant to fuel us, and others are meant to be enjoyed. There's room for all in a healthy lifestyle.
Whether you're managing a chronic illness or simply seeking better balance, I take a compassionate, individualized approach. I listen, stay open-minded, and tailor nutrition strategies to support your personal goals.
Outside of work, I enjoy running, exploring new types of exercise, and am currently diving into the world of CrossFit with a new appreciation for strength training. I also love reading, watching reality TV, and spending time with my husband and our golden retriever, Penny.
"I combine evidence-based guidance with a compassionate, personalized approach to help clients build sustainable habits and a healthy relationship with food. I focus on realistic, non-restrictive strategies that support overall well-being and long-term success."
