I am a registered dietitian, licensed in Pennsylvania. I graduated with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Nutrition from La Salle University and a Master of Science in Clinical Nutrition from Immaculata University.
My drive as a registered dietitian comes from a passion for helping individuals achieve their health and wellness goals in a way that is both realistic and empowering. I am motivated by the opportunity to make a lasting impact on someone’s life by guiding them toward better habits, whether they’re looking to lose weight, gain it, or maintain a healthy balance. What excites me most is the ability to educate my clients not just on what to eat, but why certain choices work for their bodies, lifestyles, and goals.
