I am a native New Yorker with a passion for food, health, and fitness. I obtained my masters in nutrition from Columbia University in 2021 and completed my Dietetic Internship at the Brigham and Women’s Hospital, a Harvard Medical School teaching affiliate hospital in Boston, MA. I am currently an inpatient clinical Registered Dietitian at the Mount Sinai Hospital in New York City, working with patients of all demographics, ages, and medical conditions. I am also obtaining an intensive 330-hour certification in equipment pilates with the hopes to combine movement and nutrition to help clients reach overall health goals.

My mission is to help clients end the cycle of fad diets and create mindfulness and balance around food and body image through intuitive eating."
