Tara Rybicki received her Master of Science Degree in Nutrition from Central Michigan University. She has been a Registered Dietitian for over two decades. Her experience includes time in nutrition counseling, nutrition advisement, community health, as well as authoring the Love Body Self-Care Method book. Tara also has a healthy obsession with all-things horror and, along with her husband and two little girls, creator of the Scary Stories for Creepy Kids podcast and book series.
