I’m Uma Palaniappan, and I’ve been a Dietitian for over 15 years, working in a variety of settings such as hospitals, outpatient clinics, WIC programs, and nursing homes. This journey has shaped my belief in a personalized approach to nutrition. I strive to meet you where you are, truly listen to your concerns, and develop nutrition plans that fit seamlessly into your life—all while focusing on mind-body wellness.
I am also fluent in Tamil and Hindi, so I can communicate with a wide range of individuals and ensure that our sessions feel comfortable and inclusive.
Interests and Hobbies: Cooking is one of my greatest passions! I love experimenting with different cuisines, bringing flavor and excitement to healthy eating. I also enjoy spending time outdoors, whether it’s hiking, gardening, or playing games. Volunteering at local shelters is important to me, and it allows me to give back to the community while staying connected to the needs of others.
