Hi my name is Amanda and I have been a practicing Registered Dietitian for the last 13 years. Throughout my time as a dietitian, I have developed a passion for helping people manage their diet and chronic disease states, specifically diabetes management. My goal is to help my clients close the gap between eating what they enjoy and having good blood sugar control at the same time. Along with diabetes management I have experience in weight management, lifestyle changes to manage chronic disease states like cardiovascular disease and high blood pressure, and helping women navigate the changes that come with perimenopause and menopause.
