Background

Hi! I’m Amy, and I’m so happy you’re here. If you’re looking for a dietitian that can help you learn how to nourish your body in a way that supports your energy, blood sugar, hormones and metabolism – you’re in the right place! Through a personalized, whole-body approach, I empower my clients to feel aligned and confident in the changes they are making, shifting from restriction to abundance with a healthy dose of self-love and grace.

I can help you feel better in your body - whether your goals are to reverse pre-diabetes, manage PCOS, have pain-free menstrual cycles, or just to take the confusion out of what to eat, I’m here to support you. With strong foundations in place, we can get nerdy with more advanced lab testing such as HTMAs, GI MAP, and DUTCH tests, as needed.

I attended Western Carolina University where I obtained my Bachelor of Science in Nutrition and Dietetics and Master of Health Science degree. Prior to working in private practice, I worked as a regional director in long-term care and as a dietitian for a tech-start up company utilizing continuous glucose monitors (CGMs). Outside of work, I enjoy spending time outdoors, hiking, mountain biking, skiing and snowboarding.
