Background

Hi, I’m Ashley, a Registered Dietitian with a deep passion for helping people feel more confident, capable, and empowered in their relationship with food and their health. In our sessions, you can expect a collaborative and supportive space where your goals, preferences, and lived experiences are centered. I believe nutrition isn’t just about what you eat—it’s about how you live. My goal is to help you make informed choices that feel doable, compassionate, and sustainable in the real world.

My practice focuses on medical nutrition therapy (MNT) for a variety of conditions including diabetes, cardiovascular health, gastrointestinal concerns, and chronic kidney disease. I also support clients navigating chronic dieting, weight-inclusive care, and intuitive eating. I take a whole-person, evidence-based approach that combines clinical knowledge with deep listening and personalized care. Whether we’re managing lab values, gut symptoms, or food-related anxiety, I’ll meet you where you are and help you take meaningful steps forward—without judgment.

I hold a B.S. in Nutrition and Dietetics, along with a master’s certificate in dietetics, and completed my dietetic training through San Francisco State University. I’ve worked in both clinical and outpatient settings, which has allowed me to support a diverse range of clients and health needs. I’m committed to continued learning in areas such as non-diet nutrition, functional gut health, and behavior change psychology to provide thoughtful, evidence-based care tailored to each individual.

Outside of work, I’m a big fan of slow mornings, strong coffee, and long walks with my little family. I love exploring new hiking trails, discovering hidden corners of the Bay Area, and trying out new food spots—especially those unexpected gems! I believe food should be both nourishing and enjoyable, and I bring that same balanced, down-to-earth philosophy into both my everyday life and my work with clients.

I became a dietitian because I saw how confusing and overwhelming nutrition could be—and how much shame and misinformation people carry around food and health. I wanted to be a trusted source of clarity, empathy, and science-based support. Building a private practice has allowed me to create a space where clients feel truly heard and seen. There’s no one-size-fits-all in nutrition, and I feel honored to help people write a new chapter that’s rooted in self-trust and sustainable change.

If you're looking for a down-to-earth, knowledgeable, and compassionate partner on your health journey—I’d love to connect.
