Hi! I’m Camille. I received a M.S. in Nutrition and Exercise Physiology from Teachers College, Columbia University.

I left a career in Finance to pursue my true passion of helping people feel their best through the power of food and lifestyle.

I’ve worked with a wide variety of clients, including those with goals targeted towards managing weight, optimizing nutrition and lifestyle while on a weight loss medication, preventing chronic diseases, reducing cholesterol or a1c, adopting a plant-forward eating pattern, or building a healthier relationship with food.

I live in New York City, born in Belgium, and raised in Northern Virginia. And yes, I love Belgian chocolate and don’t go a day without it!
