Christina is a registered dietitian with experience in both acute and outpatient settings. She earned her Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Nutrition and Dietetics and completed her dietetic residency at Jersey Shore Medical Center and the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania. Now entering the realm of critical care, she aims to expand her practice beyond acute care to everyday lifestyle interventions that promote preventative health.
Her passion for “food as medicine” began in middle school, inspired by family traditions that emphasized mealtime, connection, and thoughtful food choices. Over the years, Christina has deepened her understanding of health and wellness, including the growing research on the gut microbiome and its role in metabolism. She is dedicated to helping people make informed, evidence-based nutrition decisions, staying current with evolving diet trends and patterns, and supporting autonomy in decision-making. Whether starting a new job, raising a family, or transitioning after a hospital stay, Christina works to align nutrition goals with each client’s unique lifestyle and needs.
