I have a master’s degree in clinical nutrition and maintain Registered Dietitian/Nutritionist and Certified Lactation Counselor credentials. I have over a decade of expertise in clinical nutrition at a tertiary teaching hospital, which provides a solid foundation in medical nutrition therapy with the added complexity of acute and chronic illness. In addition, my private nutrition practice is augmented by variety of independent trainings and advanced certifications via the faceted lens of traditional and modern complementary medicine - including the Institute for Functional Medicine, East West School for Planetary Herbology, Esalen, Chesnut School of Herbs, Yangchenma Arts, and Rebecca Wu Wellness School. Twin bachelor degrees in wildlife biology and visual art contribute an earthly foundation to my wellness vision for clients, paired with creativity and joy.
