My specialties include pregnancy, postpartum, and breastfeeding as well as infant and child nutrition. My passion lies in improving nutrition and selective eating in children, especially those with autism spectrum disorder who may have issues with textures and sensory overload. I am also a huge proponent of improving gut health, blood sugar control and building a healthy relationship with food.
