Kiera specializes in cardio-metabolic health, gastrointestinal diseases and IBS, improving one’s relationship with nutrition/health and themselves, among many others.

Kiera received her Bachelors of Science at Purdue University in Nutrition/Dietetics & Exercise Physiology in West Lafayette, IN. From there she went on to pursue her Masters of Science in Clinical Nutrition and Dietetic Internship at Rush University Medical Center in Chicago, IL. After completing her national registration exam to become a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RD/RDN), she began her career at Stanford University Medical Center in Palo Alto, CA. Kiera has also lectured at Stanford University School of Medicine and San Jose State University on cardiac medical nutrition therapy and cardiac health.

Kiera left Stanford as their tenure inpatient Cardiology Dietitian to pursue her dreams of owning her own private pratice where she wanted to develop longterm relationships with clients and help them prevent chronic disease and optimize their health.
