Hi, I’m Kristen! I’m a Registered Dietitian (RD) with a degree in Dietetics from the University of Kentucky. My interest in nutrition first began while working with racehorses in Lexington, where I learned firsthand the impacts of nutrition both in my physical performance in such a demanding field and my cognitive performance in a fast-paced and high-stakes environment. As my passion grew, I decided to pursue a new career path as a dietitian to help people improve their quality of life, longevity, and performance. My background as a dietitian includes developing solutions for clients using a data-driven approach by utilizing Continuous Glucose Monitor (CGM) data which I interpreted for weight loss, performance, managing health conditions like PCOS or menopause symptoms, improving energy, and other client-specific health needs.

I take a whole foods-based approach, focusing on minimally processed foods, with longevity and healthspan in mind. In addition to the long-term benefits, this approach often helps with energy, mental clarity, GI issues, hormones, metabolism, and weight management. To ensure your long-term success, I use a holistic approach to every goal, building skills to manage your choices in the kitchen and helping you to establish healthy patterns around sleep, exercise, stress management, and emotional well-being. I will personalize my strategy based on your needs. We can fine-tune your current habits, continue your path to optimization, or I can help get you started by taking those first steps on your health journey.
