Background

I am a simple man who enjoys the little things; the outdoors, hanging with my family, woodworking, fishing and making others laugh. I served 6 years in the Ohio National Guard while working on my two bachelor degrees at The University of Akron. My passion for nutrition, health & fitness started about 12 years ago while I was in high school. I was always an athlete but when I started to get into weight lifting I knew I was missing something, I knew I could yield better results if I just had my nutrition squared away. I hired a nutrition coach and I was fascinated by how quickly I saw results from just a few changes in what I ate throughout the day. I watched my body fat melt away and my muscles grow bigger. Since then I have not stopped learning and teaching others about nutrition and fitness. If the benefits of activity and a well balanced diet were sold in pill form it would be the most sold item ever. Unfortunately it is not sold in pill form and it is not easy to obtain but if you are ready for change, big or small, I am here to guide you to your goals!
