Background

Hi, I’m Nichole Dooling, a Registered Dietitian dedicated to helping individuals and families achieve their health goals with practical, science-based nutrition guidance.

My journey with nutrition began in my early 20s when I discovered the joy of planning and preparing healthy meals for myself. Over time, this passion deepened as I became a wife and a mother, and a runner focusing on building a balanced lifestyle that supported my postpartum recovery while ensuring my family had nutritious meals and snacks.

Like many parents, I felt overwhelmed by the sea of conflicting nutrition advice online and on social media. This experience, combined with my background as a speech therapist for children with Autism inspired me to pursue a career in nutrition to provide clear, trustworthy guidance to others. I earned my degree from Russell Sage College, completed the Dietetic Internship through Sage Graduate School, and became a Registered Dietitian.

Today, I use my education, experience, and personal insights to empower others to navigate their unique health journeys. Whether you’re a busy parent, someone managing a health condition, or simply looking to build a better relationship with food, I’m here to provide personalized support and actionable advice to help you succeed.

Let’s work together to make your health goals a reality!
