Background

Hello there!

My name is Sheyenne, and if I could tell you one thing about optimal nutrition, it would be that it looks different for everybody. I earned my master's degree from the University of Arizona and I have experience in the acute hospital, residential and outpatient eating disorder treatment setting. I specialize in eating disorders, intuitive eating, relationship with food, food allergies and sensitivities, women's health, metabolic syndrome, building muscle & bone density, and eating for longevity.

My practice is unique because I teach clients how to manage their nutrition related condition while keeping a positive relationship with food. Yes, you can take care of your health while practicing intuitive eating!

I am here to simplify nutrition and compassionately guide you in achieving your goals. Working with me, I will empower you to be a leader in eliciting change by equipping you with the tools you need. We will discuss real-life nutrition tasks including time management, stress management, grocery shopping, menu planning, exercise, hunger and fullness, food preferences, and nutrition science.

A few facts about me: I enjoy lifting weights, eating sushi, going to the beach, and animals!
