Each session will be brought to you with a judgement free zone and open-minded conversations where we will create a care plan and come up with SMART goals that we will work on together helping you achieve them with accountability and full support. My experience ranges from type 1 and 2 diabetes, heart disease, pulmonary disease, cancer, weight gain and weight loss, chronic kidney disease, metabolic syndrome, and other nutrition concerns. I also like to focus on preventive health. I am a registered and licensed dietitian in Florida and new license credential in Illinois. I love everything nutrition support and critically ill, but also have a passion for education on primary, secondary and tertiary nutrition. I have always wanted to be a dietitian and I am so happy to be here with you today because I can confidently say that you will learn something or have something to take away from our visits together
