More about me!

I am 100% (French) Canadian and found my home here in the US after receiving a scholarship to play collegiate tennis. After winning two championships and a bachelor's degree later, I decided to pursue my second passion (nutrition). I obtained my Master's degree in nutrition and dietetics at Florida International University in Miami. Since then, I have been working in different settings including sports nutrition, eating disorders, and private practice.
