Hi! My name is Madison, and I am a registered dietitian.
I believe in taking both an integrative and evidence-based approach to nutrition—one that looks at diet and lifestyle and offers emotional support and empowerment. I work with my clients to provide personalized solutions that work for you. Making a change, whether self-led or in the face of a new diagnosis, can be confusing and overwhelming at times. I want to come alongside you to offer support in achieving your goals and desired lifestyle changes. Let's get started today!
I completed both my Master’s in Clinical Nutrition & Dietetics and 1200+ hour clinically focused Dietetic Internship at Murray State University. Since then, I have been blessed with a vast array of clinical experience, including but not limited to counseling for weight loss, cardiovascular health, gut health, metabolic syndrome, and bariatic surgery.
My passion for nutrition and dietetics was initially sparked by a heavy machinery accident that left my grandfather paralyzed with chronic wounds and ongoing medical complexities. I was able to visibly see the effect nutrition has on the body. Since then, my love for nutrition has only grown more vast with continued life experiences. A few fun facts about me: I was born and raised in Kentucky but had a short stint in Georgia before moving back home to be with family. I love to cook and eat delicious food, spend time outdoors, travel, and seek new experiences with friends and family.
