I am a Registered Dietitian with over 3 years of experience in providing counseling for long-term habit change, sustainable weight loss and intuitive eating. I have worked Dietitian jobs in the clinical setting as an inpatient Dietitian in a hospital, as well as in community nutrition as a WIC and Foodsmart Nutritionist.
I have had a passion for health and nutrition since I was 16 years old running for my high school track team. Ever since I learned that I could improve my mental sharpness and physical performance through my nutrition, I have committed myself to finding the best nutrition plans that yield the best long-term results WITHOUT relying on willpower and strict dieting. One of my greatest passions is sharing how you can eat MORE food to lose weight and have better energy levels, all while avoiding spending hours at the gym after an already exhausting long day at work.
I have centered my practice around one simple principle: you don’t have to waste time counting calories and measuring out portions to lose weight. Since there is NO one size fits all nutrition plan that works for everyone, I pride myself on working alongside you to find a nutrition plan to what works best for YOU.

Outside of work, I love playing my guitar and going to amusement parks with my wonderful girlfriend. I’m also a huge fan of standup comedy and enjoy spending time with our 2 kitties Ace and Zena.
