Hi there! 🤓
I’m Dr. Rosa Keller, a nutrition scientist and registered dietitian, who is passionate about sharing evidence-based information and behavioral tools to help individuals feel confident about food choices so they can build a joyful relationship with food. My research into the benefits of vegetables for cardiovascular health led me to pursue nutrition counseling so that I can share what I’ve learned about the importance of food for health outcomes.
Food is an essential component of life and is meant to bring people together through sharing of culture and community. But, just as food and nutrition can be deeply personal, we often find ourselves lost in a sea of information and overwhelmed by decisions about what to buy, what to eat, and what is deemed “bad food” or “good food” in society.
I combine my expertise as a scientist, athlete, registered dietitian, and chef to help you reach your nutrition goals while keeping into consideration your cultural values, busy schedule and the joys of food. Whether that means improving your relationship with food, managing chronic disease, or fueling your exercise, I am here to help.
