I’m a registered dietitian committed to helping individuals create healthier relationships with food and develop a nutrition plan for life. My work focuses on making small, sustainable changes that lead to big transformations. I believe in partnering with my clients to identify strategies that work best for them. I specialize in working with individuals trying to build a better relationship with food and their bodies. I work with clients struggling with eating disorders/disordered eating, gastrointestinal issues, sports nutrition, weight management, and general health/wellness. I focus on using intuitive and mindful eating techniques, motivational interviewing, specialized diets/meal plans, and solution-focused treatment. My academic background has helped me gain insight and competency in the field of nutrition. After completing my bachelor’s degree in dietetics at the University of Florida, I went on to complete my master’s degree in exercise physiology & sports nutrition at Florida State University. This has given me in-depth knowledge about the interplay between nutrition, physical activity, and health. I truly believe that food should be fun - not a chore or stressful part of life. I am incredibly passionate about helping individuals fall in love with food again and build better relationships with their bodies. I believe everyone deserves to have a fulfilling and nutritious life. Outside of work, I am a dedicated cat-mom to three handsome furry gentlemen, including one cat with diabetes and another with no teeth! I am also an avid baker and guitarist, and I love exploring all the beautiful nature in my home state of California.
