Sarah Krieger, RD

Sarah Krieger, MPH, RDN, CH is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist and Certified Hypnotist. Sarah is based in St. Pete Beach where she successfully guides a person’s goals with emotional, nutritional and physical health as priority. Since March 2020 most business has been virtual including individual and group counseling, hypnosis and cooking sessions. Sarah has a passion for guiding clients easily towards healthy behavior change and became certified in hypnosis in February 2021, which has been an amazing addition to her client’s sessions.

Sarah is a consultant for a variety of nutrition and weight management venues. She currently contracts with Healthy Start Coalition of Pinellas County, Pinellas County Schools and Moffitt Cancer center where she prepared keto meals for outpatient cancer patients. The past two years have included contracts with Danone as scientific affairs manager, where she was part of the Silk, Activia, Danimals and Light & Fit health projects. She was part of the Florida Beef Council for eight years. She also provides corporate wellness seminars and speaking engagements of any current nutrition topic; the larger the audience, the better!

Sarah is a Past-President of the Florida Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics and is also a past media Spokesperson for the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics, the largest professional organization for nutrition experts. She has interviewed with local and national television, radio, print and podcasts in a variety of venues and covering the topics of childhood obesity, food safety, pregnancy and pediatric nutrition as well as all things culinary and lifestyle nutrition goals.

Sarah is a graduate of Central Michigan University where she received a Bachelor of Science in dietetics and has a Master of Public Health degree from the University of South Florida. Sarah completed training in 2021 as a consulting hypnotist through the National Guild of Hypnotists. She is also certified as a food safety manager through National Registry of Food Safety Professionals.
