Stephanie Brown, RD
Background
Dr. Brown began her sports journey as a gymnast and then transitioned to a runner. She is a Certified Specialist in sports nutrition with over 17 years of experience working with elite and professional athletes. She is also trained as a pediatric dietitian.
Dr. Brown received her undergraduate degrees in Dietetics and Spanish from Saint Louis University, her Master of Science from University of Florida and her doctorate from Grand Canyon University, where she studied high stress and recovery in strength-power individuals. She was previously Director of Sports Nutrition at University of Florida, Head of Nutrition at IMG Academy and has consulted with over 15 professional sports teams. She is a contractor for US Special Operations and consultant for University of Tampa. She provides services in English and Spanish.
Many have recognized Dr. Brown's enthusiasm and dedication to growing the field of sports nutrition, as she was recipient of 7 awards for her work and has been invited to speak in multiple countries.
Dr. Brown loves to travel and play game night with her family. She enjoys cooking, workouts, high heels, and witty tv shows. She loves making an impact on her clients and sharing personal triumphs together.
