Background
Tovah is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) with advanced degrees in nutrition science (Master’s of Science and PhD) and over 13 years of experience. She specializes in providing medical nutrition therapy for a variety of medical conditions. Due to her experience in clinical settings along with the knowledge from her advanced degree coursework, she stays well-informed on evidence-based research for nutrition inventions. Tovah has seen firsthand how chronic disease can take the lives of elders far too soon. She is passionate about helping others conquer their health-related challenges through nutrition. It brings her joy to empower clients to meet their nutrition goals while providing up-to-date personalized nutrition counseling. She is also active and passionately involved with healthspan and aging-related groups and organizations. Tovah resides in Columbus with her spouse, their daughter and two cats.
