Addison Caudill, RD

Hello!  My name is Addison and I am so glad you are here.  I have eight years of experience as a registered dietitian and I am extremely passionate when it comes to all things nutrition and medical nutrition therapy.  I have spent my career helping my patients and clients through supportive, evidence-based approaches.

I received my Bachelor of Science degree in Nutrition and Food Sciences from Colorado State University and completed my dietetic internship at Duke University Hospital in Durham, North Carolina.  I worked with neonates to adults during my time at Duke as a registered dietitian.  I received my Master of Science degree in Family and Consumer Sciences at NCCU while working in the home health industry specializing in enteral nutrition needs.

I believe in empowering individuals to make gradual changes that will result in a lifelong impact.  It is my goal to work with you to create systems that work within your day-to-day routine.  It is important to me to meet my clients where that are at within their health journey and to provide continued support that will follow you through life.

In my spare time, you can find me cooking and trying new restaurants with my family.  I also love the outdoors and being in nature.  I live at the coast so it is rather easy to spend my time outdoors.
