Hi! I'm Aimee, a Registered Dietitian and Personal Trainer from St. Louis, MO.
I have a BS in Health Science and Psychology, a BS in Nutrition and Dietetics as well as being a certified personal trainer and CrossFit Level 2 coach.
I've worked as a Clinical Dietitian at Barnes Jewish Hospital, and I also get to combine my medical knowledge with practical application through working with clients daily.
When I’m not busy meeting with clients or coaching CrossFit (or working out myself!) I enjoy staying active with my family, and training my dog, Reese!
