Aleksandra Kras, MS, RDN, LD (she/her) is an Arizona based dietitian who is passionate about inclusivity and helping people from diverse backgrounds achieve their health and wellness goals through individualized nutrition. Aleksandra’s comprehensive approach to nutrition emphasizes evidence-based practices and individualized care, ensuring that each client receives tailored advice that fits their unique needs and lifestyle.
Aleksandra has over 6 years of experience in the field of nutrition and dietetics and has earned a Master of Science in Nutritional Science from Arizona State University. She has worked in various settings, including hospitals, private practice, and community health programs, providing personalized nutrition counseling and education.
In addition to her clinical work, Aleksandra is an active member of professional organizations such as the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics and American Society for Parenteral and Enteral Nutrition. When not working, Aleksandra enjoys experimenting with new recipes, staying active with paddle boarding and traveling, and spending time with her partner and dog-daughter, Juniper.
