Even at 13, I was already passionate about the nutrition and fitness. I knew I wanted to be a coach before I even turned 18. As soon as I got my feet wet with personal training I wanted to be even more valuable to my clients by providing sound nutrition counseling. For me, it’s about constantly challenging myself to be the best I can be. For everyone else it is about impacting people’s lives; guiding them towards a better, longer, healthier life.
