Hi, I’m Andrea! I am a registered dietitian dedicated to helping you reach your health and nutrition goals.
As a teenager I developed an autoimmune condition that led me to try many different kind of restrictive diets in the hopes of feeling better, but they left me malnourished and longing for good, tasty food. With a desire to learn more about nutrition and optimize my health, I decided to pursue a master’s degree in Public Health Nutrition & Dietetics after graduating with my bachelor’s degree in Biology. I have worked in health and nutrition since 2013, and as a registered dietitian since 2016, seeing patients from different backgrounds and with different health conditions. I am certified in adult and pediatric weight and obesity management and in transplant nutrition. My personal experience, discovery, and growth in my own health and nutrition have given me empathy and a passion to work alongside those battling the overwhelm of nutrition misinformation who are trying to improve their health and gain a better relationship with food.
I love what I do and feel so incredibly grateful for the knowledge I have and the clients and patients I am able to work with and learn from. I meet my clients and patients where they’re at in their health journey and together we work through old habits, limiting beliefs, and learn ways to improve their health and nutrition. Nothing is more fulfilling to me than showing clients and patients through an individualized approach that working towards their goals doesn’t mean misery or never having their favorite foods, that they can indeed improve their health in a sustainable way.
Whether your goal is achieving sustainable fat loss, gaining weight in a supportive way, improving your relationship with food, or addressing medical conditions through food, I’m here for you!
