Hi there! I’m Connie, a bilingual Registered Dietitian passionate about helping you achieve your health goals. I hold a Bachelor of Science in Foods and Nutrition from San Diego State University and a Master’s degree in Dietetics Administration from Utah State University. My nutrition journey began at a young age when I made dietary changes to achieve a healthy weight, sparking a lifelong interest in nutrition.
I have extensive experience in nutrition counseling, primarily in outpatient clinics and community-based program settings. Some of my specialties include weight management, diabetes, hyperlipidemia, gut health, chronic kidney disease, hypertension, and GERD. I’ve had the privilege of working with patients from diverse backgrounds and chronic conditions. I especially love helping individuals from different cultural backgrounds reach their goals while incorporating their favorite cultural foods.
