I am the owner of The Holistic Dietitian, LLC and has been a practicing Registered Dietitian Nutritionist for 14 years. I bring a clinical nutrition background together with a whole-person approach to help clients build sustainable health through personalized nutrition.
My work is rooted in the belief that people deserve nutrition care that is both scientifically grounded and deeply supportive. Many clients come to me after trying conventional diets, wellness trends, or generalized nutrition advice that did not address their real needs. Instead of focusing only on symptoms or numbers, I take time to understand the person behind the health concern. I listen to your story, consider how you live and think of the body as an interconnected system, not just the sum of its parts. As someone with an auto-immune condition, I shares knowledge from first-hand experience, using food and nutrition to improve health. Cultivating health and wellness is my passion.
I hold a Certificate of Training in Adult Weight Management Level 1 and 2 from The Commission on Dietetic Registration.
When not working with clients, I enjoy spending time in nature, reading, writing, traveling to new places, working out, meal prepping with my mom and spending time with close family and friends.
My approach is collaborative, empathetic, and non-judgmental. I work with clients to create nutrition strategies that reflect their goals, preferences, and lived experience while still staying grounded in evidence-based care.
