As a Registered Dietitian with a Master’s in Sports Nutrition, I am dedicated to helping people from all walks of life achieve their health goals through personalized, evidence-based nutrition. My background includes a Bachelor’s in Nutrition and Dietetics, a Bachelor’s in Food Service Management, and an Associate in Culinary Arts, which allows me to blend the science of nutrition with the art of cooking, making healthy eating both practical and enjoyable.

I believe in creating sustainable, realistic changes that empower you to take control of your health, regardless of where you are in your journey.

While I have a passion for sports and have extensive experience working with athletes, my true drive comes from seeing clients of all backgrounds succeed. I’m here to support you, offering tailored guidance that fits your lifestyle and goals.
