Gaby is a Miami-based Registered Dietitian who completed her undergraduate studies at Florida International University and earned a Master's degree in Nutrition and Health Promotion Entrepreneurship from Simmons University in Boston. She was accepted into and completed one of the country’s few supervised practice programs specializing in Eating Disorders. During this time, she worked at Boston Children's Hospital and Mass General Hospital in the Infant Feeding Clinic, treating conditions such as Failure to Thrive and pediatric eating disorders like picky eating and ARFID. Gaby had the privilege of being supervised by experts and leaders in the field of eating disorders, Marci Evans and Lisa Pearl. She has experience working with individuals across all three levels of care for eating disorders (residential, partial hospitalization, and intensive outpatient).
Gaby is passionate about interdisciplinary collaboration and always works closely with other practitioners to provide a well-rounded, client-centered approach. She has a deep interest in working with children and continues to study infant feeding methods to equip parents and children with the best tools for developing and maintaining a healthy relationship with food.
In her work with clients, Gaby integrates aspects of nutrition, mental health, mindful movement, social well-being, and family life. In 2020, she became certified as an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach by the Institute for Integrative Nutrition in New York.
