Background

Gabi is a non-diet, intuitive eating Registered Dietitian who earned her Bachelor of Science from Sam Houston State University in Huntsville, TX, and completed her Master of Science and Dietetic Internship. She began her career working in a higher level of care eating disorder treatment center, providing nutrition therapy across Residential, Partial Hospitalization (PHP), and Intensive Outpatient (IOP) programs. She is also a 200-hour Registered Yoga Teacher.

Gabi works with clients of all ages and specializes in supporting individuals with eating disorders and disordered eating, including anorexia, binge eating disorder, bulimia, ARFID, and chronic dieting. She has experience collaborating closely with families using the Family-Based Treatment (FBT) approach, partnering with caregivers to support nutritional rehabilitation and recovery at home. She also works extensively with clients navigating binge eating and bulimia, helping them establish consistent nourishment, reduce food preoccupation, and build sustainable, balanced patterns of eating.

Gabi welcomes clients with co-occurring conditions such as OCD, ADHD, anxiety, and autism, and tailors care to meet each individual’s unique neurodiversity and mental health needs. Her approach is compassionate, collaborative, and evidence-based, with a focus on helping clients rebuild trust with their bodies and develop a more peaceful relationship with food and movement.

Outside of work, Gabi enjoys listening to podcasts or vinyl records, tending to her beehives, and baking fresh sourdough.
