Gregory Alexander, RD

Hello family, My name is Gregory. A Registered Dietitian Nutritionist licensed in North Carolina and Tennessee. My schooling revolves around a M.Sc in Applied Nutrition and Dietetics '23 at Logan University to complete my dietetic internship in Chesterfield, MO and a M.Sc in Nutrition and Human performance '20 from the same school. My B.S. in Exercise Science '15 is from Winston Salem State University #RamPride.

With me you can expect well rounded services of wellness. Nutrition counseling, fitness education and regimens, holistic healing, supplement recommendation and education, and collaborative meal plans to name a few. As the range of scope for dietitians continues to expand this also includes food sensitivity testing interpretation and blood test interpretation and nutrition counseling. No matter the service counseling is tailored to you and your lifestyle.

A little about me. I come from a military household growing up as an army brat. My dad, retired CSM, is of Trinidad decent while my mother, A former Chief Nursing Officer, is from Tuscaloosa, Alabama (#RollTide) where I equally was able to find a love for food and wellness overall. I Grew up playing multiple sports with Soccer being by main, then baskbetball, Track and Field, and Football kicking. In my free time I enjoy hiking, playing soccer, working out, spending time with family, and traveling around the country and world exploring different cultures and cuisines. 

What keeps me driven is knowing there is always someone that needs nutrition education or intervention in their health involving food. As relationships with food continue to grow into toxicity and avoidance I aim to mend relationships with food while educating others so they can achieve optimal wellness while still enjoying the foods they love and. enhancing their lifestyle. As I continue to learn myself I enjoy sharing that same information with communities far and wide.
