I am passionate about empowering clients to make realistic and sustainable changes to improve their health. During our sessions, clients can expect a supportive, non-judgmental space focused on setting achievable goals tailored to their lifestyle and needs. I aim to provide personalized nutrition guidance that fits into everyday life, so clients leave each session with practical strategies they feel confident implementing. My primary focus areas include weight management, metabolic health (ex. DM, HTN, HLD), meal planning, and geriatric nutrition. I work closely with each client to create a customized plan that respects their preferences and works toward their unique health goals. With experience in diverse healthcare settings, including long-term care, I bring a well-rounded approach to each client relationship. I hold a master degree in dietetics from Hunter College, with four dietetic experiences in clinical nutrition and community nutrition. Currently working in a long-term care facility as a clinical dietitian. My passion for helping others, combined with my commitment to ongoing learning, helps me stay current in a dynamic field, ensuring clients receive the best, most up-to-date care. Fun-fact: I can speak Mandarin and Cantonese. I love experimenting with baking recipes. My journey as a dietitian began with a simple desire to help others improve their health. Over time, this grew into a mission to make nutrition accessible and enjoyable for everyone.
