Background
Hello! I'm Joe and I've been a practicing Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) for nearly 10 years now.
Originally from St. Louis, I studied at both Southeast Missouri State and Fontbonne University where I completed my Bachelor's in Nutrition & Dietetics and Master's in Health Communications along with my dietetic internship.
In my time I have worked in short-term post-acute rehab, long term skilled nursing, general outpatient and presently I work for a regional bariatric weight loss center helping individuals through the stages of bariatric surgery.
I have experience helping to support those not only working on weight management but also helping to improve various health conditions including but not limited to high blood pressure, high cholesterol, and diabetes.
I have a personal interest in sports nutrition and feel comfortable supporting those needs as well.
