Hi! My name is Kelsey Kalenderian and I have been a Registered Dietitian since 2017. I have a Master of Science degree in Applied Nutrition from Northeastern University. I have been working in weight management and bariatrics since early 2018 in Boston, MA, both virtually and in-person.
I became a Dietitian to help men and women break away from diet culture and improve their relationship with food. Nutrition can be confusing! It is hard to know what foods fuel the body and what food do not. One of my greatest passions is working with individuals to help them learn how to create and follow a well-balanced diet with nutrient dense foods to properly fuel their bodies. I also want to help people move away from fad diets and weight cycling and help people make diet and lifestyle changes that feel sustainable for the long-term. Another one of my greatest passions is being a mom to my two young children. I can relate to busy parents trying to balance work, life and their health, as well as the health of their families. I understand that every person is individual and so your approach to diet and exercise should also be individual.
