Hello, I appreciate that you have taken the time to ready my bio. My name is Laura, I am a registered dietitian with 17 years of experience. I have taught in higher education for 17 years, also. I recently started my own private practice in order to help individuals that want to improve their health without surgery or unnecessary medications. I love helping people feel their best! For fun, I enjoy hiking, camping, golf, yoga, swimming, family time, and church activities.
