Lindsay is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist based in New York City and licensed in both New York and Illinois. There she gained a strong foundation in nutritional biochemistry, research, nutrition counseling, and education. She then went on to complete an intensive inpatient clinical dietetic internship at the University of California San Francisco Medical Center (UCSF). Lindsay now splits her time between private practice nutrition counseling and working part-time as a clinical inpatient (hospital-based) dietitian.
Lindsay takes a personalized, holistic, and evidence-based approach to nutrition care. She believes that nutrition is key to health and longevity and that what we eat impacts the whole body. She seeks to understand how things are connected to uncover the root causes of nutrition issues. With a background in clinical nutrition, nutritional biochemistry, and research, Lindsay's work is rooted in nutrition science. She incorporates evidence-based nutrition and stays up to date on emerging research. She also understands that our current nutrition and dietary landscape can be confusing and overwhelming. She seeks to make nutrition understandable and enjoyable and leave you equipped to navigate it with confidence.
In her free time, Lindsay can be found playing with her adorable labradoodle, making trips to the farmer’s market, trying new recipes, doing pilates or taking her pup for a walk or a run. When adventures take her outside of the city, she loves to travel and get into nature!
