Hi, I’m Maggie, a passionate dietitian dedicated to helping clients navigate their health journey with a balanced and realistic approach.
With extensive experience in renal nutrition and long-term care, I’ve seen firsthand how chronic inflammation and stress can impact overall health. My approach is holistic and personalized. I don’t believe in rigid diets but rather in sustainable strategies that fit your lifestyle and cultural background. My focus areas are chronic kidney disease, type 2 diabetes, hypertension, high cholesterol, weight management, Chinese cuisine and culture, and general nutrition and wellness.
I hold a Master’s in Nutritional Science and have worked as a dietitian since 2019. Throughout my career, I’ve supported individuals in nursing homes, outpatient settings, and community settings, helping them make meaningful, lasting changes to their health.
In my free time, I like to paint, read, watch movies, and experiment with new recipes that I find interesting. I believe food should be both nourishing and enjoyable, and I love exploring different ways to make healthy eating accessible and delicious.
I became a dietitian because I genuinely enjoy helping people feel their best without guilt, confusion, or frustration. My goal is to meet you where you are and support you in building habits that improve your quality of life without the stress of perfection. If you're ready to take the next step in your health journey, I’d love to work with you!
