I received my masters in business and my undergraduate degree in nutrition and dietetics at Western Kentucky University.
I have always wanted to tackle wellness through food as modern medicine has unfortunate side affects that could simply be solved though nutrition. Though medicine is a tool, it is not the only way.
I love getting to know my clients and working together to solve anything. I have a special interest in sports nutrition and sustainable weight loss with maintenance, but have worked with many different health conditions and medical diagnoses.
