I have been working in the nutrition and wellness field for the past decade in various settings with diverse populations from newborn to end-of-life care. I started my own practice to reach the people that really want to be helped and share my knowledge and passions. I am credentialed as a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist, Licensed Dietitian, Gold Certified HypnoBirthing Educator, and have taken extensive training in Motivational Interviewing.

My favorite title by far though is "Mama". I love helping other people with busy lives, families, travel plans, etc. because I'm living it too! I hope I can provide you with some tools and insight, and make nutrition an enjoyable part of your life like it is mine. I'm looking forward to meeting you!
