I have Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Food and Nutrition. I graduated Summa Cum Laude from Indiana State University. I have two decades of experience working as a Registered Dietitian and a Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist. I have worked in higher education, acute care, wellness center, federally qualified health center, and insurance company settings, providing both preventive and disease management counseling and coaching to patients of all ages. I am driven by seeing my patients achieving and maintaining their desired outcomes. I am a mother of 2 grown men and enjoy spending quality time with my husband, boys, and extended family. In my free time, I paint, take pictures, create healthy recipes, and travel.
